Such a site should be advertised internationally so that the more people that use it, the more useful the site would be. It must also be translated into many languages so that it is user friendly. A site like this with so much information could also be overwhelming, confusing, and full of irrelevant data or spam. Therefore, there must be many people, working around the clock to manage and edit the site.
